We are looking for a self-motivated team player to join our Operations team located in Christchurch.

Responsibilities

• a high degree of physical fitness and a “can do attitude”
• the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
• a good geographical knowledge of Christchurch and surrounding suburbs
• arranging and performing unloading operations and obtaining certification of deliveries
• adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• determining the most appropriate delivery routes according to the destination of goods
• the proper and safe loading of goods to ensure they are arranged for ease of delivery
• manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading
• reporting vehicle maintenance needs

Full training will be provided, however, previous experience in a Courier role or in the logistics industry would be an advantage.
