  • Support and drive Focus Store strategies with clear execution and follow-up.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on growth and development.
  • Champion coaching, succession planning and career progression across all levels.
  • Manage wage expenditure and store operations with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Ensure accurate rostering, compliance with policies, and planning for peak trade periods.
  • Recruit top talent in partnership with the Talent Team, aligned to our brand and culture.
  • Foster a learning culture that promotes accountability and internal progression.
  • Create a connected, energised and high-trust team culture across the country.
  • Lead with integrity, communicate clearly and empower your leaders to deliver AMAZING every day.
Qualifications
