About the Role - Kōrero mō te Tūranga
We\'re looking for a proactive and organised Coordinator to join our high-performing Talent Advisory team at Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI). This opportunity has come about due to the internal progression of our current Coordinator, a reflection of the great learning and development opportunities within our team.
As a Coordinator – Talent Advisory, you\'ll play a key role in supporting areas of the recruitment process. From arranging interviews logistics, managing pre-employment checks and responding to general recruitment enquiries. You\'ll work closely with Talent Advisers, hiring managers and candidates to ensure every interaction is timely, professional, and people focused.
You will also lead all monthly recruitment finances, and ad hoc reporting on behalf of the team. As a part of ongoing continuous improvement, you will have the opportunity to support initiatives and projects.
This is a varied and busy role where no two days are the same. You\'ll need to be confident juggling multiple priorities, have strong attention to detail, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to everything you do.
This role is office based in Wellington City.
