Job summary

We are hiring a Cooks Assistant to join the Yvette Williams Retirement Village team in Dunedin. This full-time fixed-term role covers extended sick leave and operates Tuesday to Saturday from 0800 to 1500 hours.

You will assist chefs to prepare nutritious meals, help with food presentation, and support fellow kitchen staff within a caring retirement village. Ideal candidates will hold or be willing to obtain NZ Certificate in Cookery (Level 3), bring proven food prep experience, and maintain

Qualifications

• Have or willing to gain New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (level 3).
• Proven experience in food preparation.
• Strong focus on food hygiene and cleanliness.

About the Role
