Job summary

Tribe Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the rollout and embedding of new clinical products across New Zealand’s regions. You will bridge commercial strategy with clinical outcomes in a large, structured healthcare environment, coordinating with clinicians, suppliers, procurement and supply chain teams.

In this role, you will guide adoption across major contracts within NZ’s national health system, contributing to improved access, efficiency and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales/account management.
  • Proven ability to influence clinicians, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
  • Confidence operating within large, structured, or government environments.

About The Opportunity
