Now, in partnership with Robert Walters, we're looking for a passionate Broadcast Engineer to join their innovative Technology team and help engineer the future of how New Zealanders experience entertainment.

This role involves designing cutting-edge broadcast systems that deliver crystal-clear content to hundreds of thousands of homes across New Zealand, using state-of-the-art SDI and IP video technologies. You will help architect the infrastructure for live sports, breaking news, and must-watch shows, translating logical designs into physical implementations and resolving system challenges before they impact viewers.

Responsibilities
  • Designing tomorrow's broadcast infrastructure – Create detailed system architectures and documentation that form the backbone of the broadcast domain
  • Leading technical innovation – Translate cutting-edge logical designs into robust physical implementations
  • Problem-solving at scale – Anticipate, investigate, and resolve technical challenges across the entire broadcast platform
