This is a key role within Waikato District, providing strategic coordination of continuous improvement initiatives across the district. You will lead the district's continuous improvement programme, ensuring initiatives are aligned to organisational priorities, progress is monitored, and benefits are realised. Working collaboratively with leaders and stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for improvement, support the delivery of change initiatives, and drive sustainable improvements that enhance organisational performance and service delivery. We have a number of initiatives currently in progress with plenty more we would like to deliver and we need the support of a Continuous Improvement specialist to support the initiation, delivery, oversight and ongoing sustainability of these initiatives. Your ability to work with, influence and support change at all levels within Police will be vital to your success in the role. This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $103,836 and $109,983 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
