A leading Tertiary Education Provider in Christchurch is seeking a part-time tutor for the Certificate in Contact Centre Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a contact centre environment and a passion for helping students succeed. This varied role requires strong facilitation skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team setting. A clean driver’s license and relevant tutoring qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Contact Centre, Call Centre, or Customer Service.
  • Able to work unsupervised and go the extra mile.
  • Clean driver's license preferred.

Solomon Group in Christchurch is looking for someone who has experience within Contact Centre/Call Centre who wants to make a difference and train the next generation.

We are looking for a tutor for our Certificate in Contact Centre Operations, to increase the employability of our clients. This is a varied job in a supportive, successful team and the role is part-time in the evening.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate would have the following attributes:

  • Strong facilitation and people skills
  • A passion to help people achieve their goals and financial independence
  • Ability to work as part of a whanau/team
  • Strong computer literacy and administration skills
  • Open and honest communication skills
  • Able to work unsupervised and go the extra mile
  • Ability to be flexible and responsive to the organisation’s needs
  • Clean driver's licence (preferably full class 1)
  • Industry Experience in Contact Centre, Call Centre and Customer Service
  • Foundation Education Tutoring Qualifications would be preferred
  • Clean Police Check
