WSP in Napier seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects in Hawke’s Bay. You will provide procurement, contract and construction management services, working with clients and project teams to deliver on time and to budget.
You’ll mentor colleagues and contribute to business development while ensuring compliance with NZ standards. The role requires a tertiary engineering qualification, 8+ years of relevant experience, and a strong knowledge of NZS391X.

Join our Construction Management team in Hawke’s Bay and help deliver infrastructure projects that make a lasting difference to local communities. As a Construction Manager, you will provide procurement, contract and construction management services across a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with clients, contractors and project teams, taking ownership of project delivery while providing technical leadership, commercial oversight and mentoring to others across the business.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role within the New Zealand market, a strong working knowledge of NZS391X contracts, and extensive experience acting as an Engineer’s Representative. Ideally, you'll also have experience serving as an Engineer to Contract, or be well positioned to step into that role.
