Middle Management Opportunity – $100k–$120k + Commission + Company Car
Location: Ranui, West Auckland | Site-Based Role

The Role

As a Middle Manager, you’ll be the link between the operational and strategic side of the business. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Building and developing high-performing teams
  • Ordering and managing products/materials
  • Supporting and driving sales growth
  • Providing excellent customer service and client support
  • Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
  • Ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently
