What you’ll be doing:
  • Maintaining and evolving our Fair Conduct Programme
  • Supporting the review and attestation process to ensure we’re meeting regulatory obligations
  • Partnering with teams across the bank to track, report and improve conduct metrics including reporting to senior leaders on conduct activity and progress
  • Advising on continuous improvement initiatives and helping teams understand what good looks like
  • Providing training and guidance to help teams embed conduct principles into their everyday decisions

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about doing the right thing and helping others do the same. You’ll also bring:

  • A strong understanding of FMA conduct expectations and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in conduct, compliance, legal or regulatory affairs
  • The ability to influence and engage across a wide range of stakeholders
  • You bring a curious and analytical mindset, with confidence in interpreting data and uncovering meaningful trends
  • Experience in financial services or a regulated industry preferred
