A water services provider in New Zealand seeks a Condition Assessment Programme Lead to oversee asset assessment and support decision-making for infrastructure investments. The role requires senior project management skills, expertise in asset assessment tools, and strong stakeholder management abilities. This full-time position offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development, with a competitive salary range of $108,644 to $153,379 p.a.

The Condition Assessment Programme Lead improves Wellington Water’s understanding of asset condition and risks. You will oversee assessment programmes for critical and non-critical assets, supporting informed decisions on renewals and investments. Working with Asset Planning and Engineering teams, you will ensure best practices, develop assessment guidance, and interpret results to prioritise investments.
