Stellar Recruitment is assisting a well-known manufacturing business in Winton, New Zealand, to fill a hands-on production role. You will contribute to the manufacture of concrete pipes and precast products, learning to operate specialised equipment and joining a team focused on safety and quality.

The role is physically demanding with Monday–Friday day shifts, starting at 6:00am, with minimum 40 hours per week and overtime available on Saturdays.

Qualifikationen

• Manufacturing, production or labouring experience preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work effectively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Forklift license advantageous but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the manufacture of concrete pipes and precast products.
• Prepare, assemble, strip, clean and reassemble moulds.
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely.
• Pour and finish concrete products to required specifications.
• Complete quality checks and inspections throughout the production process.
