Job summary

Maxion Civil in West Auckland is seeking an experienced Concrete & Kerb Worker to join our civil construction team on projects across New Zealand.

You will prepare and install kerbs, channels, footpaths and concrete works, operate small plant, and help with loading and unloading materials while following strict site safety procedures.

Full NZ driver licence preferred; team fit and safety focus are essential; applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Previous concrete or kerbing experience.
• Physically fit, reliable and safety focused.
• Able to work well within a team.
• Full NZ driver licence preferred.
• Truck Loader Crane ticket and Sling Load qualification are advantageous.

• Use concrete mixers to prepare slurry and install slurry to support kerbing
• Complete boxing, placing, screeding and finishing concrete
• Operate small plant and assist with loading and unloading materials

About the Business:
Maxion Civil is a West Auckland-based civil contractor that works across New Zealand including subdivisions, commercial site works and landscaping. With an enviable workload of projects in the North Island area, we are now seeking an experienced Drainlayer to join our civil construction team.

We are looking for an experienced Concrete & Kerb Worker to join our civil construction team.

Prepare and install kerbs, channels, footpaths and concrete works

Use concrete mixers to prepare slurry and install slurry to support kerbing

Complete boxing, placing, screeding and finishing concrete

Operate small plant and assist with loading and unloading materials

Follow site safety procedures and maintain a tidy work area

Requirements:
