Allied Concrete is seeking a Concrete Cadet to learn hands-on skills in batching, dispatching, and yard operations while earning qualifications. No prior experience required; supervision and training will be provided to develop essential industry competencies.
You will start in a learning environment outdoors, gaining exposure to forklift operation, testing, and truck driving. The role emphasises teamwork, safety, and career progression within the company.

We'll teach you everything you need to know - no experience is necessary. We'll support you to get the required licences and certificates, including a BCITO Certificate in Concrete Production Level 4.
Start here and work your way up in the industry. Learn all aspects of the concrete business, including batching, dispatching, forward order taking, housekeeping of the yard, slumping, testing, driving the forklift, loader and concrete trucks.
