Responsibilities
  • Shift supervision across the concierge desk area
  • Facilitating guest arrivals, departures and during their stay
  • Share local knowledge as well as driving loyalty and up-sell hotel facilities
  • Lead the team to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure all necessary follow-up is conducted
Qualifications
  • You will have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Be flexible. You are expected to work a variety of shifts which includes weekends across a 7 day/week roster including early mornings and late nights
  • You are all about quality and presentation and you have the desire to progress in hospitality
  • You are an approachable team player and you can think outside of the box
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks at any given time
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence is essential
  • Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication - both written and verbal
  • Leadership capability
