Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Compliance Support Specialist in Hawke's Bay to drive internal and external audits, monitor performance, and conduct HACCP reviews. This 12-month fixed term contract emphasizes ownership and cross-functional collaboration to maintain site compliance.

The role requires a science degree and HACCP familiarity, with opportunities to engage in regulatory audits and continuous improvement initiatives on site.

Qualifications

• Degree in science with understanding of HACCP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and take ownership.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to site compliance.
• Experience with audit processes and corrective actions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal and external site audits.
• Manage daily walk-throughs, golden rules, and audit scheduling.
• Support the Lead with risk assessments and HACCP reviews.
• Participate in and drive regulatory and customer audits.
• Assist auditing of prerequisite standards and close out findings.
• Collaborate with CI, EHS, Maintenance and Engineering for compliance.
• Ensure ongoing site internal and external compliance.

This role will act as the compliance support for the site. The person in this role will be responsible to drive internal external audits, performance monitoring and HACCP reviews on the site. Please note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive internal and external site audits.
• Responsible for daily walk throughs, golden rules and scheduling of internal audits.
• Support the Lead with risk assessments & HACCP reviews.
• Participate and drive regulatory and customer audits.
• Provide support with auditing the prerequisite standards.
• Driving the close out of internal and external audits.
• Working with cross functional teams (CI, EHS, Maintenance and Engineering) for maintaining site internal compliance.

About You:

• Degree in science.
• Understand of HACCP, FCP (Food Control Plan) and MPI requirements.
• Ability to work as a part of the team.
• Ability to take ownership and be accountable for the site internal/ external compliance.
