Located at our Auckland Branch in Highbrook our Health & Safety and Compliance team are critical in delivering a safer workplace for our valued team across New Zealand.


The role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Co-ordinator. Reporting to the National Health & Safety and Compliance Manager, this role will suit someone that has strong administrative skills with a detail orientated approach to work, and a skilled communicator who is driven to promote a strong compliance culture across the business.

This is a fulltime, Monday to Friday role with the occasional weekend work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of company Health & Safety, Food Safety and Compliance procedures, policies and guidelines
  • Conduct weekly audits and provide reporting to leaders across the business
  • Support investigations and reporting of accidents and incidents, near misses and recommend improvements
  • Review and manage company documentation to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Assist in driving training, awareness and learning initiatives

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and Food Safety legislation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoy working in a team.
