Job summary

About the Opportunity

This is an outstanding opportunity for a legal or risk management professional looking to play a key role in strengthening and enhancing an organisation's compliance framework.

Working closely with experienced in-house legal and risk leaders, you'll enjoy broad exposure across compliance, governance, and commercial matters. You'll play a key role in developing frameworks and assurance activities that help drive effective decision-making and support the organisation's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior legal and risk professionals, broadening your expertise across compliance, governance, and commercial operations.

• Assist in translating regulatory and legislative requirements into practical policies, procedures, and business guidance.

• Monitor emerging regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the organisation.
• Identify control gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities, supporting stakeholders to strengthen compliance outcomes.
• Prepare clear and insightful compliance reports, assurance findings, and recommendations for senior leaders and governance committees.

What We're Looking For

We’re interested in hearing from professionals who bring experience from legal, policy, professional services, or other regulated environments.

You may have:

• Legal foundations, complemented by a growing interest in governance, compliance, policy development, and strengthening organisational risk frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate to complex regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written communication skills, including policy development, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
