Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance documentation and registers
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of AML/CFT policies and procedures
  • Assist with client onboarding checks and due diligence processes
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to gather and verify required documents
  • Prepare internal reports and assist with audit preparation
  • Stay updated on changes to regulatory requirements and support policy updates

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in administrative or compliance support roles
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently
  • Confident with Microsoft Office Experience
  • Familiarity with AML/CFT obligations is advantageous, but not essential

Why Apply?

  • Work with a professional, high-performing team
  • Gain experience in a compliance-focused role with strong support
  • Opportunity to grow within a trusted and stable organisation
  • Competitive salary and a welcoming workplace culture
