Our onboarding process is robust and in-depth. As a new employee, you will complete your training and paid induction, during which you will shadow a team member to understand your role and meet your colleagues.

Your colleagues and management team will support you during induction to help you apply your training and answer any questions. You will start building your support network from day one, including your management team, colleagues, and departments at Group Support.

You will support our client within their home, assisting with their daily routine. Our young client is active, attends college, and needs support with personal care and moving and handling.

Your day-to-day activities may include:

• Bowel M Suppository Insertion
• Mandatory Compliance
• Administer Medication
• Personal Care
• Moving and Handling
