As a Completions Coordinator reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work with various stakeholders including the database update team, contractors, project managers, and the field team.
You will play a vital role in coordinating the Practical Completion process for the ICF new shelters and exchange upgrades. Your primary responsibility will be to obtain As-Built documentation from subcontractors and internal work crews, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately collated and organised before submission for Practical Completion.
You will also manage project defects and assist Area Managers and Project Engineers in rectifying any issues that arise, ensuring that all projects meet their completion objectives on time and within budget.
