Job summary

IDEA Services in New Zealand seeks compassionate care workers to support adults with intellectual disabilities in our Horowhenua/Kapiti/Mana homes. Full-time, part-time and casual roles available with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight duties.

You will help people set goals, manage medications, build independence and engage with the community. Experience in disability or healthcare is valued, but strong people skills and calm, respectful interaction are

Qualifications

• Experience in disability, mental health, healthcare, aged care, youth work, wellbeing, or community services valued.
• Strong people skills developed through work or life experience also considered.
