Job summary

Geneva Healthcare in Auckland Central is seeking an empathetic, motivated Support Worker to help clients achieve their goals through practical and emotional support in home and community settings.

You’ll assist with meal prep, outings, medication support, personal care, and safe transfers, working a flexible schedule including alternate weekends. A positive attitude and patient demeanour are essential.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience (preferred but not essential).
• Great communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends.
• Healthcare qualifications (advantageous).
• Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport (most roles).
