Job summary

Bupa Parkstone in Ilam, Christchurch, NZ, is seeking Caregivers to join a dedicated team. You’ll assist residents with mobility, maintain care documentation, and encourage social engagement across a 6-week roster of part-time roles.

This role supports elderly residents in a modern, purpose-built facility with priority on safety, personal dignity and community. A Level 4 Caregiving qualification and medication competency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Caregiving qualification.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver, you’ll work alongside a supportive team to assist with mobility in line with individual care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation
• Encourage residents to engage in social activities and community life
• Help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and teammates
