Job summary

Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora - Nelson Marlborough is seeking a New Zealand registered midwife to join our Community Midwifery Team in Blenheim. You will provide safe antenatal and postnatal care for women who cannot access a self-employed LMC, building strong relationships with families and delivering continuity of midwifery care.

The role is based at Wairau Hospital, a secondary-level maternity unit, with collaboration across obstetric, anaesthetic and paediatric colleagues.

Qualifications

• NZ registered midwife with passion and commitment to join the Community Midwifery Team
• Provide safe, high-quality antenatal and postnatal care for women who cannot access a self-employed LMC
• Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with women and their families while delivering continuity and excellent midwifery care

Responsibilities
