Qualifications

• Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health and Addictions.
• Strong assessment, communication, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equitable health outcomes.
• Excellent time management and a proactive, person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, recovery-focused care within the Community Mental Health and Addiction Service.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.
• Deliver case management and support tangata whaiora to achieve goals.
