Job summary

Mr Apple is seeking a Communications & Content Partner in New Zealand to tell compelling stories that connect people and inform across internal channels, social media and digital platforms.

You will plan, film, edit and produce video content, transform information into clear communications, and support learning initiatives with creative multimedia assets while exploring AI tools to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, digital media, content creation or a related field.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences.
• Experience creating, filming and editing video content.
• An eye for design and strong visual communication skills.
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut or similar platforms.
• Confidence building relationships and working with people at all levels of an organisation.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A strong interest in AI, emerging technologies and digital innovation

We’re looking for a Communications & Content Partner who loves storytelling, thrives on creativity, and knows how to turn moments, ideas and information into content that informs, engages and inspires.

This is more than a communications role. You’ll be a content creator and digital innovator, bringing to life the people, projects and successes that make Mr Apple unique.

From orchards and packhouses to cool stores and business support teams, you’ll create content that keeps our people informed, connected and supported - including news stories, business updates, safety messages, induction videos and more.

What you’ll be doing

No two days will look the same. One day you could be filming in an orchard, the next producing a leadership video, creating social content, designing learning resources, writing stories and taking photos for our intranet, or exploring how AI can transform the way we communicate.

You’ll be:
