SkyCity in Auckland is seeking a committed Commi Chef to support the smooth running of the kitchen, preparing food and assisting senior chefs. You will help maintain high standards of quality, consistency and cleanliness while working as part of a collaborative team to deliver great dining experiences.

As a Commi Chef, you’ll support the smooth running of the kitchen by preparing food and assisting senior chefs. You’ll help maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness while working as part of a collaborative team to deliver great dining experiences.This hands-on role is perfect for someone with kitchen experience who’s keen to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing hospitality environment.

You will be an enthusiastic, skilled, passionate and professional Chef with a sound understanding of the kitchen, it’s layout and functions. You will also need:

• At least 1 years’ experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Understanding of, and basic abilities in using equipment found in the kitchen
• Great communication skills and slot into a team well!
