You’ll be hands-on in preparing and presenting a variety of dishes, contributing to unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

What We Need From You

• Youll need demonstrated experience in a similar role ideally in a large hotel or commercial kitchen
• Youll need to be able to keep calm during the pressures of service and have impeccable time management skills
• Flexibility to work a range of hours, which includes but is not limited to afternoons, evenings & public holidays
• A valid New Zealand visa or residency is essential.
