Job Description
  • Organise and deliver outstanding food and service
  • Prepping for conferencing and a la carte
  • Food preparation and presentation as per guidelines
  • Complete parts of the food control plan
  • Check all food is stored and handled as per the food control plan
  • Washing dishes
  • A flexible approach in adapting to guests needs
  • Part time - 30 hours
Qualifications
  • Completed Level 4 or above in Professional Cookery
  • A passion for food & culinary arts
  • Team Player
  • Time management and work efficiently
  • Ability to work 7 days a week on varying shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Physically fit, reliable and punctual
