The Role

This is an integral role within our bustling Levin commercial store that requires a knowledgeable people leader and sales manager to help us further grow and expand within the Levin region. This is a demanding role that will see you responsible for the following:

  • Management and profitability of products and sales
  • Training and development of fleet staff
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Accurate stock management and quality control
  • Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed

To be successful you will need:

  • A full, clean NZ Driver's License
  • Demonstrated experience working within the automotive and/or tyre industry
  • A minimum of 2 years' previous experience working within a management role, with strong leadership capability
  • An exceptional attitude and positive approach to work
  • Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
