As an intermediate solicitor, you'll have the chance to work closely with highly talented partners with a plethora of experience and have straight access to senior staff, gaining invaluable insights and mentorship to help take your career to the next level. The role will be split between commercial property and commercial law, giving you an exciting mix of work and the opportunity to build a diverse range of skills.
This role will be involved in areas such as the sale and purchase of commercial and residential property, complex property developments, large scale subdivisions, leasing, sale and purchase of businesses, and commercial contracts. You'll work with a range of clients, from small businesses to larger corporations, and be involved in a variety of projects that will challenge and inspire you.
Ideally, you will have 3+ years PQE with an already strong background in commercial and property law with exposure to commercial property, sale and purchase of businesses, and leasing.
You will need to be able to work well in a team, building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. You'll be an excellent communicator, with strong written and verbal skills, and an ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
You'll be proactive, taking the initiative to identify and solve legal issues, and able to work autonomously to manage a varied workload. You'll be detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
