The role blends commercial property and commercial law, offering diverse and challenging work. You'll handle sale and purchase of commercial and residential property, developments, subdivisions, leasing, and business deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE with strong background in commercial and property law.
• Exposure to commercial property, sale and purchase of businesses, and leasing.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Sale and purchase of commercial and residential property.
• Involvement in complex property developments and large-scale subdivisions.
• Leasing, and sale and purchase of businesses.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with a range of clients from small businesses to large corporations.
