We are seeking a skilled Commercial and Property Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Inder Lynch in Pukekohe. As a Commercial and Property Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, and commercially focused legal services to our diverse client base. What you'll be doing

Inder Lynch Pukekohe acts for many leading business owners across the wider Franklin area which offers a diverse mix of clients across farming, horticulture, agribusiness and business sectors as well as acting for individuals in relation to their personal affairs.

This role will work across buying and selling property and businesses, subdivisions, joint ventures, leases and shareholder arrangements.

The Franklin area is one of Auckland's fastest-growing regions. Pukekohe's blend of rural charm and urban development makes it an attractive place to live and work.

What we're looking for

3+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial and property law, ideally gained within a law firm

Proven ability to provide pragmatic, high-quality, and commercially-focused legal advice

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
