Job summary

T&G Global Limited is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to collaborate with Sales, Category, Operations and Finance leaders. You will own the NZ Grower Pools finances, analyse performance, build forecasts and provide insights that influence decisions for our business and grower partners across New Zealand and international markets.

In this role you will drive forecasting, reconciliation and financial modelling, challenging assumptions and helping shape commercial decisions through

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial finance, management accounting, FP&A or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset with complex data sets.
• Advanced Excel including Power Query, PivotTables and large data volumes.
• Experience with SAP/S/4HANA and BI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial leaders to deliver meaningful financial insight across Sales, Category, Operations and NZ Grower Pools.
• Build monthly forecasts and reporting to support commercial decisions.
• Analyse pricing, costs and margins to identify risks and opportunities.
• Reconcile complex financial data with accuracy.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to inform trade-offs.
• Support planning, forecasting and month-end processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate finance processes as we transition to S/4HANA.
