About The Role

We’re looking for a solutions-focussed Commercial Analyst to join our high-performing team, providing business partnering support across Sales, Pricing, and Business Strategy. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond reporting, blending analytics, financial modelling and strategic insights to drive performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead forecasting, trend and sensitivity analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Build key financial, pricing and commercial models that deliver strategic insights into sales and pricing drivers to support business cases decision making
  • Develop insightful reporting, trend analysis, sensitivity analysis and analytics to drive and support strategic initiatives
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Develop internal controls, policies, and process maps
  • Provide pricing support, including quoting and governance reporting
  • Deliver ad-hoc and performance metric reporting aligned to business goals
What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial or analytical role within the manufacturing/FMCG industry
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (V-Look Ups/Macros) and Power BI with experience in SAP and Price-Ex advantageous
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a solutions-focussed mindset and a strong understanding of business value drivers
  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering results
