Tiaki Wai in Petone is seeking a highly organised Commercial Administrator for a six-month fixed-term contract to support the Commercial Team. You will coordinate priorities, assist contract administration, maintain records, and help ensure processes are audit-ready.
This hybrid role offers development opportunities, up to two days from home, and exposure to commercial negotiation across water services. Remuneration midpoint is $78,770.36 (KiwiSaver included).

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to be the glue that keeps our Commercial Team running smoothly. This is a varied role where you'll coordinate multiple priorities, support contract administration activities, maintain accurate records, prepare reports and documentation, and help ensure commercial processes are well managed and audit-ready.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the team and stakeholders, enabling the commercial function to operate efficiently and effectively across a range of projects and activities.
