The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Secondary Teacher's Collective Agreement (STCA) Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement (2025–2027) The base salary for trained and registered teachers currently ranges from NZD64,119 to NZD107,886.00, depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.

Individuals’ actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment by Education Payroll once a role is confirmed.
