Overview

Cashmere High School, Canterbury, is seeking a Commerce teacher for a full-time fixed-term position for 2026 (Start: 28/01/2026; End: 27/01/2027).

Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher. Suitable for beginning teachers.

Responsibilities
  • Teach junior social studies and senior business studies (please state other senior supporting subjects).
  • Deliver a high-quality teaching and learning programme.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment and school community.
  • Participate in the school’s co-curricular programme and ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, collaborative Social Science team.
