Job summary

Columbus MEGA Papamoa is hiring a full‑time superstar to join the cafe team as a barista/FOH. The role focuses on high‑volume, fast‑paced service with an emphasis on coffee quality, friendly customer interaction, and delivering a positive guest experience at the MEGA Papamoa site.

Shifts are 40 hours per week over a 7‑day roster (Sun/Mon or Sat/Mon). Daytime hours, competitive pay, and staff discounts on Columbus and Mitre 10 products are offered, with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced cafe Front of House.
• Have pretty slick cafe and customer service skills
• Be keen and willing to learn our way of making coffee

We are looking for a full time superstar/ Baker/ Barista / FOH.

We are looking for an experienced passionate hospitality star who are keen to join the team at Columbus MEGA Papamoa as the barista/FOH positions on Sun/Mon or Sat/Mon.

The successful person will:

About the Role

• This position is 40 hours per week, working 5 days over a 7 day roster. including a weekend day.
• Shifts will vary from 7am - 5pm to deliver top-notch coffee.
