About us

About the role

We\'re looking for a motivated and customer focused Collections Associate to collect overdue levies and claimant debt owed to ACC. The successful candidate will work between the two debt portfolios (levy and client) on an ongoing basis. As a Collections Associate you will also provide support and training to new team members and deliver refresher training when needed.

This is a permanent role, based in Wellington near the railway station.

The hours of work are 40 hours per week, rostered Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30am and 6:00pm. These hours may be different during training. Following this, flexibility of location within the hybrid work settings can be requested, with a team anchor day each Tuesday.

The salary range for this role is $61,766 - $82,355 with appointment depending on skills and experience. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
