Qualifications

  • Experience with CNC machine tools and controls such as Fanuc or Siemens.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
  • High level of workmanship and quality focus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machine issues.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy materials.
  • Collaborative mindset and clear, professional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, fixture alignment, tool setting, and loading for CNC programs.
  • Verify program safety with simulations, dry runs, and code checks before runs.
  • Perform in-process inspection and measurement of parts.
  • Support R&D tasks as required.
  • Maintain clean, organized machining environment and safe work practices.
