We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Cluster Manager to join a leading private healthcare company. This leadership position involves overseeing the operational, financial and customer service performance of a group of clinics ensuring they deliver high-quality, integrated patient care.

As the Cluster Manager your role is to manage a set of clinics with a focus on achieving excellent operational outcomes. Your leadership will guarantee that each clinic meets goals and upholds the standards of patient care in line with the company’s values and practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-site operations within a mid-sized organisation. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships are crucial. While experience, in healthcare management and clinical settings is beneficial it is not mandatory. A quick learner with a drive for excellence will thrive in this role.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance clinic performance and align with company goals.
