Job summary

ENRING NEW ZEALAND LIMITED in Auckland is seeking a software engineer to design scalable cross-border trading system architecture, develop core platform modules, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

You will collaborate with product and merchant ops to build modules for merchant management, CRM, product and inventory, order processing and reporting; develop secure API integrations with payment gateways and logistics providers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
Hands-on experience building cloud-based merchant platforms with databases.
Strong understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Consult with product and merchant teams to analyse requirements and prepare technical specifications.
Design, develop and maintain modules for merchant management, CRM, inventory and orders.
Develop and maintain secure APIs and integrations with payment gateways and logistics.
Design and maintain database structures and data validation processes.
Write clean code following standards; perform unit and integration testing.
Support releases, deployment and post-release monitoring; maintain docs.
Participate in code reviews and recommend platform improvements.
