We’re seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join this aged care facility in Rotorua. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of resident care while supporting and mentoring a dedicated team of nurses and caregivers.

About the role:

• Provide strong clinical leadership, guidance, and support to staff.
• Oversee care planning, assessments, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager to maintain a safe, high-quality environment for residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, whānau, and health professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold best practice in clinical care.
