Qualifications

• Relevant experience and depth of expertise will determine the level of the role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Advanced science degree (PhD, PharmD, MSc) and/or relevant experience.
• Significant experience in clinical drug development of NCEs and biologicals.
• Understanding of the drug development process, FDA, EMEA guidelines, and global regulatory expectations.
• Experience with Phoenix WinNonlin for non-compartmental and compartmental analysis.
• Desirable experience with NONMEM, GastroPlus, or R.
• Strong non-compartmental analysis skills; popPK and PBPK experience are advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with extensive scientific writing experience.
• Client-focused approach, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a matrix environment and promote teamwork.

Knowledge and Experience

• Significant experience applying clinical pharmacology, modeling, and simulation in drug development and clinical trials.
• Recognition as an industry expert for senior roles.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment related to CPMS and drug development.
