Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Southern Timaru Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. You will provide clinical pharmacy services, undertake medication reviews, contribute to medicines optimisation, and share evidence-based medicines information with patients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand and a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• A Bachelor of Pharmacy qualification or equivalent.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients and undertake medication reviews.
• Contribute to medicines optimisation and provide medicines information to patients and staff.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
