About the Role
A rare chance to get your foot in the door of this team which is ‘long standing’ and continuously achieves great outcomes.
Your main responsibility is to provide direct clinical pharmacist facilitation services, focusing on the appropriate prescribing and utilization of medicines to Primary Care.

With its own Team Leader to directly report to this close-knit team of Clinical Pharmacists offers a supportive environment in a role that does require you to be extremely autonomous.
