We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated NZ Registered Pharmacist. This is an opportunity to join a highly engaged pharmacy team with a strong emphasis on clinical service provision and quality, whilst also collaborating with a wide range of teams within Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Taranaki. You will also participate in the on-call roster once established in the role. The on-call duties extend from Monday to Friday 5pm to 8am the following morning, or Friday evening to Monday morning. We uphold the highest standards in pharmaceutical supply, medicines safety, and clinical services, whilst constantly looking at ways to improve the service and care we deliver. Our staff work collaboratively in many multi-disciplinary teams across medical, nursing, and allied health directorates with a shared focus on ensuring optimal patient‑centred care. Health NZ - Taranaki is also fortunate to have its dedicated eMedication management team who work closely alongside our Pharmacy department to lead medication management in the various data and digital platforms across the hospital.
